So Long And Thanks For All The Fish!

April 27, 2013 in News! by Bloodpenguin

Well folks, it’s been an awesome ride, and we sincerely hope you’ve enjoyed yourselves! Sorry for the drop off of shows but I’ve started school and have absolutely no free time anymore. This also means I have no extra coin as well. The domain name fees are due and I can’t pay em so the site will be gone within the coming month or so. Not that it’s been getting any love recently on either end.

This show and website have been an extremely fun and rewarding experience for me, and it wouldn’t have been without such an amazing audience and fan base. We’ve had a blast doing TWSK, and I’m sure we’d all love to continue doing it. I’ll try and see if we can’t make that happen sometime in the future. But for now, so long and thanks for all the fish. I wish you all the best and give you many thanks for your support these past couple years.

PTR Patch Notes for Patch 1.0.5 – Updated.

September 20, 2012 in News! by Motorskull

The PTR Patch 1.0.5 patch notes have been posted over at the official Diablo 3 forum.

There’s quite a list to hoe through, but as indicated earlier, the Monster Power system (similar to Diablo 2′s /players 8) is in as well as the Infernal Machine (similar to the old uber-monsters).

Other noteworthy entries include:

  • In Inferno, resplendant chests now drop loot in a similar way to Elites (scaling with Nephalem Valor), and will also grant a stack of Nephalem Valor when opened.
  • Followers and pets will no longer attack idle monsters unless they are within 10 yards of the player
  • Item affixes are now tied to the level of the monster killed and not the item’s level.

There are a raft of other changes. Head on over and give it a look.

UPDATE: Updated patchnotes here.
